雷公大頂苦瓜

This variety was carefully selected by Thai breeders. It is a mid-early-maturing type of bitter gourd. It can be harvested in about 75-80 days after transplanting in spring and about 45 days in autumn.

Leigongdading bitter gourd has the advantage of high yield, the plant has more branches, and the fruiting rate is high. The weight of a single melon exceeds 500 grams, and the yield per mu of land is about 3800 kg. In terms of product appearance, the melons and fruits are 10 cm wide at the shoulders and 15 cm long, with thick flesh and not easy to deform.

This variety is also resistant to powdery mildew, bacterial wilt, and viral diseases.

In terms of sowing season, taking Guangzhou as an example, the suitable time for spring sowing is January-March, and the autumn sowing time is July-August. Fertilization is required later.
